At Damascus Heritage, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days of receipt. Please note the following conditions for returns:

Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@damascusheritage.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and address for returning your item.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. Please allow 5 to 7 days for your return to be processed and for the refund to be issued to your original method of payment.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
